Advantages of this formwork

1.  Press burden: this template is made of PVC rigid plastic and acromolecule materials to enhence its strength. It can bear 5000kgs load per m2 . Thus it can completely replace wood template and square timber (plastic template = wood template +square timber) and suitable to be used in various construction project.

2. Temperature range: this template can be operated in -20 Celsius to 60 Celsius which will not deformed.

3.Flat and smooth. The template will saperate easily from concrete when it is concreted without mold release. Two pieces of template can be jointed well, flatness and smoothness of concrete  surface reachs requirement for exposted concrete template.

4.Recycled: With more than 40 time of turnover and 10 years life, used and broken plastic template can be recycled and be replaced for 30% new template or can be reprocessed by us who will only charge you processing fees.
